MISSION: ALLERGY® comforters are made with the same Premium Microfiber barrier-fabric used in our encasings, so they are completely impermeable to allergens. And because they cannot become colonized with dust mites, they do not require washing unless soiled. Filled with DreamFill® ultra-fine fibers that are as soft and as fine as silk, it makes for a luxurious, warm yet lightweight comforter. Quilted with an attractive 10" end-to-end box pattern; available in white, natural or blue-gray. 100% polyester. Also available for purchase: color-coordinated Premium Microfiber shams, bedskirts and comforter covers.

These anti-allergy comforters, made from the same Premium Microfiber barrier-fabric used in our best encasings, are a good alternative to obtaining a barrier cover for an existing comforter and a good way to avoid the regular washing required to keep typical blankets or comforters free of allergen. Unlike ordinary blankets or comforters, these Premium Microfiber comforters do not need to be washed weekly to eliminate allergens, but need to be washed only if soiled.

Filled with DreamFill® interior stuffing, a high quality artificial down made from ultra-fine fibers as soft and fine as silk, these comforters have a superior lofting quality and down-like feel. The silky outer Premium Microfiber fabric combines with the DreamFill® interior stuffing to create a soft, lightweight, stain-resistant and luxurious comforter that anyone would love--whether or not they have allergies!

Available in white, natural and blue-gray, with available color-matched allergen-proof shams and bedskirts, they are effective and attractive used alone, but if desired can also be covered with your own decorative duvet cover (which, however, will require regular washing). 10” quilted box pattern.

This is quite warm even though not that thick, and very protective against all allergies, doesn't get dirty easily

For me, this comforter was well worth the money. I hesitated at first because I freeze at all times and was unsure that it would keep me warm enough. However, the doctor's instructions that I would need to launder my bedspread and blanket every week convinced me to try the comforter. Despite its light weight, it is toasty warm during the night. I bought the blue gray color because of the practicality and it looks beautiful, and is soft as silk. As a plus, the bed is so much easier to make up in the morning.

We love this comforter. It's very cozy and comfortable and I've had a great night's sleep for the past 2 weeks since we bought it. It's not super heavy so we may need an additional blanket for our cold winters.

We purchased the natural color comforter, and is it ever beautiful! Not only did it freshen up the look of our bedroom, but it is also so practical, as it doesn't need to be washed weekly in order to combat dust mites!
The weight of it is perfect for all seasons for us in Northern Minnesota!
Lovely but not very warm

I really liked the silky fabric, but the comforter did not have enough stuffing for me. I live in a cold climate and don't want to heat the bedroom too much. The excellent customer service representative told me I could send it back, and I ordered a comforter encasing instead to put on a "regular" warm comforter.
Perfect for Southern Winters

Both my husband and I have allergies, and we've come to rely on Mission Allergy comforters. We normally use the lightweight comforter, but we found it wasn't enough for the few weeks in January and February in Houston when it gets cold at night. This one does the trick for us. We insert our comforters into a cotton comforter cover that we wash in De-Mite once a week.

I purchased a DreamFill comforter about a month ago and I was surprised by how much I liked it. It's a *very* high quality product. The material is smooth and comfortable, and to top it off the comforter is pretty good looking too. It is enough to keep me warm at night, although I was concerned about it at first because it's so light weight. Most importantly though, I am sleeping better. My eyes are less irritated, which really feels just wonderful. Thank you Mission Allergy!!
